DD403 Stainless Steel Single Sink With Drainboard
The DD403 is a stainless steel single sink with drainboard built as a one-piece deep drawn body in 304 stainless steel: a round single bowl and a ribbed drainer deck are formed from one sheet in a single stamping, so there is no welded seam between bowl and drainer. It installs as a top mount (drop-in) sink and can be turned either way round, giving you a left-bowl or right-bowl drainer sink from one SKU. Overall size is 750 × 400 mm with a 380 × 340 × 135 mm bowl, supplied 10 pcs per carton or 10 pcs per tissue-wrapped bundle from an MOQ of 500 pcs.

What the DD403 Actually Does for a Kitchen

One-piece deep drawn 304 body
Feature The 304 stainless steel bowl and drainer deck are pressed from one sheet in a single deep drawing operation.
Advantage No weld seam runs between the bowl and the drainer, and no separate drainer is bolted on.
Benefit Nothing collects in a joint line and the body cannot leak at the drainer — one fewer failure point over a ten-year service life.
Ribbed drainer deck that drains back
Feature Rounded ribs are pressed into the drainer with a fall toward the bowl.
Advantage Water runs along the ribs and returns to the basin instead of standing on the deck.
Benefit Plates and cups air-dry over the sink, so the worktop stays clear and you can drop the separate dish rack.
Rounded inner corners, rolled rim
Feature Smooth radius corners inside the bowl, with a rolled rim around the full perimeter.
Advantage The rim adds rigidity and the corners have no sharp creases to trap food.
Benefit Faster wipe-down after service, no cut fingers, and a deck that stays flat and sits tight on the countertop.
Sloped bottom, optional anti-condensation coating
Feature The bowl base is pitched toward the outlet, and the underside can be coated.
Advantage Water leaves the bowl completely and the coating cuts condensation on the underside.
Benefit No standing water and a dry cabinet — important where the sink sits over a closed wooden carcass.
Sound deadening pad on the bowl back
Feature A pad is bonded to the rear of the bowl, with an optional second pad for the drainer.
Advantage It damps the drum-like ring of thin stainless sheet.
Benefit Running water and dropped cutlery sound noticeably quieter in an open-plan kitchen.
Reversible deck, legs optional
Feature The body is symmetrical enough to fit bowl-left or drainer-left, and accepts a leg set.

Cutout
730 × 386 mm rectangular cutout for a top mount fit. Check the cutout against your own template before cutting the worktop.
Minimum cabinet width
860 mm. The carcass must be at least 860 mm wide to take the 750 mm deck and its clamp fixings.
Bowl capacity
380 × 340 × 135 mm bowl, pitched to a ⌀110 mm outlet so water leaves the basin completely.

DD403 FAQ
The questions buyers ask most often before placing a first order for this model.
What are the DD403 dimensions and what cutout does it need?
The deck is 750 mm left to right and 400 mm front to back, with a 380 × 340 × 135 mm bowl and a 335 mm drainer. The worktop cutout is 730 × 386 mm and the base cabinet must be at least 860 mm wide. The 400 mm figure is the nominal deck size — with the rolled rim the overall front-to-back dimension measures about 406 mm, so allow for the rim on a tight worktop.
Can the DD403 be installed with the bowl on the left or the right?
Yes. The body is reversible, so the same model can be fitted as a left-bowl, right-drainer sink or as a left-drainer, right-bowl sink. That means one SKU covers both handing options for a project instead of two.
Does the sink come with faucet, overflow or soap dispenser holes?
No. There is no tap ledge, tap hole or soap dispenser hole pressed into the deck, so the deck stays flat and a faucet is mounted on the worktop behind the sink or on a wall-mounted mixer. Custom tap hole positions can be added under OEM if your market expects a deck-mounted faucet.
What steel grade and finishes does the DD403 use?
The DD403 is made in 304 stainless steel. The sink body is pressed from one blank and the rim is rolled and thickened for rigidity. Surface can be supplied satin, mirror polished or electropolished. Because the bowl and drainer come off the same pressing, there is no welded drainer joint to corrode.
What is the MOQ, lead time and packing, and what does the warranty cover?
MOQ is 500 pcs, lead time is 30–40 days after deposit, and packing is 10 pcs per carton or 10 pcs per tissue-wrapped bundle. The warranty runs 24 months and covers manufacturing defects only; improper installation, misuse, abrasion and normal wear are excluded, and cover is non-transferable.
