Single Bowl Top-Mount Kitchen Sink with Integrated Drainboard
DD8643 is a single bowl top-mount kitchen sink with an integrated drainboard, drawn in one piece from a single stainless steel blank so the bowl and the draining area share an unbroken surface with no welded seam between them. The overall footprint is 860 × 430 mm, the bowl is 152 mm deep, and the body can be dropped in either way round — bowl left with the drainboard right, or the reverse. A dedicated overflow hole in the drainboard keeps standing water from running over the edge. Supplied as a top-mount (inset) unit for OEM and ODM orders from 500 pcs.
860 × 430 mm overall · 152 mm bowl depth · 816 × 391 mm cutout
One-piece deep drawn body — no welded seam between bowl and drainboard
Reversible left / right layout; tap holes drillable on the drainboard
Optional sound-deadening pad and anti-condensation coating
Why Buyers Specify This Single Bowl Top-Mount Sink with Drainboard
Six design decisions behind the DD8643, each written as Feature → Advantage → Benefit so you can line them up against your own project brief.
Overflow Hole Built into the Drainboard
Feature A dedicated overflow hole is pierced through the drainboard area.
Advantage Runoff that pools on the board escapes instead of creeping over the rim onto the countertop.
Benefit Washed vegetables or utensils can be left on the board to drip-dry without soaking the work surface beneath.
One-Piece Drawn and Stamped Body
Feature Bowl and drainboard are formed in a single deep-drawing operation from one blank.
Advantage There is no welded joint where food residue collects or where water can track through over time.
Benefit Faster daily cleaning and no seam-related leakage risk across the service life of the sink.
Smooth Radiused Bowl Interior
Feature Inner walls and corners are radiused and finished smooth, with a rolled rim for rigidity.
Advantage No sharp burr catches a cloth, a sponge or a hand during washing.
Benefit Quicker wipe-downs and a safer bowl for kitchen staff and household users alike.
Reversible Left and Right Layout
Feature The same body installs bowl-left or bowl-right, and the drainboard zone accepts faucet holes.
Advantage One SKU covers either end of a countertop run without a second tooling set.
Benefit Less stock to hold, fewer variants to forecast, and a shorter lead time on mixed orders.
Sloped Bottom That Drains Fully
Feature The bowl base is pressed with a drainage slope toward the outlet.
Advantage Water reaches the drain instead of standing in a flat pool.
Benefit The bowl stays cleaner between washes, dries faster and needs less attention at end of shift.
Optional Sound Pad and Anti-Condensation Coating
Feature Sound-deadening pads can be bonded to the back of the bowl; an anti-condensation coating is available on the underside.
Advantage Water impact noise drops and condensation under the bowl is controlled.
Benefit Quieter operation in open kitchens and drier, better-protected cabinetry in enclosed installations.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is a top-mount sink?
A top-mount sink — also called an inset, drop-in or overmount sink — sits in an opening cut in the countertop, with its rim resting on top of the work surface instead of hanging below it. That means no specialist routing of the counter underside is needed, the rim hides the cut edge, and the sink can be lifted out for replacement later. The DD8643 is a top-mount sink, so it drops straight into a standard 816 × 391 mm opening.
Can the drainboard be fitted on the left instead of the right?
Yes. The DD8643 body is reversible. It can be installed bowl-left with the drainboard on the right, or drainboard-left with the bowl on the right — the same SKU covers both layouts. Because the body is symmetrical in mounting terms, tell us your preferred orientation at order stage if you want the faucet holes drilled on the drainboard side.
What size cutout does the DD8643 need?
The recommended cutout is 816 × 391 mm for an overall sink size of 860 × 430 mm, and the cabinet beneath must be at least 982 mm wide. Always cut to the drawing issued with your order rather than to a scaled copy, and check the opening against the actual sink before the countertop is modified.
Which stainless steel grade is used, and can I specify a different one?
The DD8643 is produced in stainless steel, with grade and sheet thickness set per order. Tell us the grade and gauge your market requires — 304 and 316 are both quotable, and outdoor or coastal installations usually justify the higher grade. Material grade and thickness are confirmed in writing on the order confirmation along with the material test certificate.
What is the minimum order quantity and lead time?
MOQ is 500 pcs, with a lead time of 30–40 days after receipt of deposit. OEM and ODM are both supported, so custom logos and specification changes can be built into the same order. Mixed loading with other sink models is available if you are consolidating a container.
