The footprint is 1500 × 500 mm with a 1460 × 460 mm cutout, the SUS 304 body is formed from a single blank with no welded seam, and the deck carries three pre-drilled holes for a faucet, a soap dispenser or a water-purifier tap. Each sink is wrapped in protective paper and packed five to a carton or five to a bundle before loading, so the satin surface arrives without handling marks. Carton loading and bundle loading can be mixed on the same container.
Export cartons stacked at the factory before loading — five sinks per carton at 1530 × 530 × 280 mm.

A drainboard is a grooved flat section formed in the same stainless steel body as the bowl, used as a draining and preparation surface that returns runoff water into the bowl. A double drainboard sink carries one of these sections on each side of a single bowl. On the DD1100C-2 the two 480 mm boards can be used independently — one to drain plates and glasses, the other to hold a cutting board — so raw and cooked preparation can be kept apart on the same 1500 mm sink rather than spread across the countertop.
Is this a top-mount sink, and can it be installed as a drop-in or a lay-on?
Both. The DD1100C-2 is supplied with a wide flat rim that suits drop-in (flush-mount) installation into a 1460 × 460 mm cutout, and the same body can be laid on top of the countertop as an over-rim lay-on unit. The faucet-hole side can also be raised into an integrated back-splash. Because the rim carries the load, no undermount brackets are needed, and the sink can be lifted out again for service. What cutout size do I need for the 1500 × 500 mm sink with double drainboard?
Prepare a 1460 × 460 mm opening. That leaves a 20 mm rim overlap on each side for the sink to sit on, and corresponds to the 480 mm drainboard, 500 mm bowl and second 480 mm drainboard shown on the production drawing.
